Pricing and Quantity discount: Almost every item we sell has five price points. One for a single piece, one for a pack of 10, one for a pack of 50, one for a pack of 100 and one for a full case. First, we want you to know that the price for one is very high. Quite simply, going to get one of an item to pack for an order is simply too labor intensive. If you really need one, we offer it. The case pack is a freight inclusive price. For more information, please see our case pack page . . The price for 100 is, naturally, less than the price for 10 10-packs. Our hardware and fasteners are sold in pre-packs. We have the factory package in 50 packs, and provide an additional discount if you order 100. When you order a 10 pack, we hand count out of 50 packs, therefore, there is a slightly greater charge than for the 50 packs. We regret that we cannot offer lower pricing on uneven quantities (like 120) as it doesn't negate the need for us to manually break down 50 packs. Shipping Time: Orders received by 9:00 am eastern time are normally shipped the same day. After 9:00, orders will still be shipped the same day, if time permits. We rarely have back-orders, but if we do, we will notify you promptly. Our system sends automated emails to keep you informed throughout the process. If you are paying by PayPal we must receive your payment by 11:00 am Eastern Time to be certain your order can ship the same day. Credit Card "Name": If you choose credit card payment at check out (you can also choose PayPal), then your credit card will read "pp-JandJEnterprises", We are wholly owned by J and J Enterprises. Shipping Prices: Our cart is currently set up to estimate freight. We regret we cannot always provide exact shipping costs in the cart. We use a flat rate for shipping which usually is all you will pay. On unusually large heavy shipments there will be an additional charge, but we will let you know first. The flat rate price is by the method of our choice. If you want it sent a specific way, simply ask for that in your comments box. If charges incurred by us exceed the flat rate, you will be billed accordingly. | Returns: Returns are gladly accepted on all goods. We do not want, and don't have, unhappy customers. To ensure prompt handling, please obtain an R/A number before returning any merchandise (instructions are included with your shipment). Returns received without an R/A number may be delayed or returned to the sender. If a product was shipped by us in error, we will refund your return shipping cost and ship the correct merchandise at our expense. If you wish to return an item for other reasons, we will gladly refund the merchandise cost upon receipt of the returned goods. Shortage / Damage: All claims for shortage or damage must be made within five days of your receipt of your package. If your package was damaged in transit, please include a photo of the package, including the label on the package. You can use our contact page to reach us. We cannot (as our insurance carrier will not) accept claims for damage or shortage after five days of receipt. Please open and check your shipment on receipt. Errors: Like any other computer system, sometimes things go awry. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will always contact you before shipment and before any charges are made. If we have made a minor pricing error, we will honor the lower of the displayed price or the correct current price. In the rare case of a major system or database error (for example, where an item is clearly mispriced far below cost), we reserve the right to correct the error. In such cases, you will always be notified and given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order without charge. |
